Alliance Comfort Systems provides design, equipment, installation, replacement, repair, and service for commercial air conditioning and refrigeration applications throughout the Phoenix metro area.

Our personnel are factory trained and experienced to rapidly analyze and correct system deficiencies in commercial equipment of all manufacturers.

Work involving equipment replacement or major repair is performed on a quoted price basis to assure you of guaranteed results at a predetermined price.

If sheet metal modifications or additions are involved in the project, high quality at low cost is available from our in-house sheet metal shop… Additionally, ductwork installation will be performed by men having the training, tools, and talent to complete the work properly.

All commercial comfort work carries the standard manufacturer’s warranty on parts and one year warranty on Alliance labor.

Commercial Service Plans

Alliance Comfort Systems offers site-specific planned service agreements tailored to the individual requirements of our commercial accounts.

Our planned service agreements provide:

• Peace of mind  –  Scheduled periodic inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustment of your cooling and heating systems keep then operating trouble free at peak efficiency.
• Expert Service  –  A competent, well trained, dependable staff of experts looks after and “worries” about your equipment and its performance.  We work with you to schedule service as needed and at your convenience.
• Preferred Treatment  –  Planned service increases system reliability, but should an emergency arise, our service plan provides for preferential treatment.
• Choice of Programs  –  Based on our experience with systems similar to yours, we develop options and together settle on a maintenance program that meets your needs.
• Price Protection  –  Your costs are fixed throughout the plan effective dates.  Prices will not be raised for the following renewal periods without notifying you.
• Discounts  –  You receive a 15% discount from our standard rates on repair parts and labor. 

Planned service agreements reduce the potential for emergency calls by revealing potential problems before they become P-R-O-B-L-E-M-S.
